Hello from Idaho

I see some familiar names, so I assume some of you know me already. I'm a doctoral candidate (political science) and simultaneously working on my third undergraduate degree (Spanish. The other two are political science and applied economics) and I love rats, djembes, recreational mathematics, writing, reading, walking in nature, playing with string (textile arts), films, languages (cxu estas aliaj esperantistoj cxi tie?), fruit (especially fresh pineapple. Canned pineapple, however, is vile and inedible), and anything purple, so long as it isn't a smelly shade of purple.

Dr. Carolyn Fuentes: mother, autor, and autism advocate
Written by Sharon daVanport

Dr. Carolyn Fuentes of Cleveland, Ohio is easily recognizeable by her grounded and methodical demeanor.  With a heartfelt passion for teaching, she can be found these days among the hallowed walls of Orange Education and Recreation.  This is where she continues instructing students as their Private Computer Teacher.  When she speaks of her life as a whole, she sums up much of her purpose into four parts,

"commitment to helping parents, schools, professionals, and helping my family to understand the life-long subject of autism."
