I have started to drink every day, just a couple of small glasses of wine.
I need it to counter the over stimulation I experience every day. But I want to stop drinking, it is a really easy fix, every evening, a perfect fast acting muscle and mind relaxant, but I want to stop using alcohol.
I exercise twice a day,up the hills with my dogs and spend hours doing gardening at this time of year but I need to replace the alcohol with another effective mind and muscle unwinder, any suggestions?????
Have you tried yoga? I resisted for years, but once I started, and gave it an honest try, I LOVE it... can't imagine how I would feel without my daily yaga!
I'm the same way re: the overwhelming impact from socializing, so I bought a yoga dvd and taught myself. Sometimes our local public broadcast station has yoga/execise classes televised. I tune in whenever I can.
